3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online or by contacting our office.

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, cash, VA insurance, Kaiser Hawaii, HMSA Hawaii, Workers’ Comp, and No-Fault insurance.

• All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless insurance billing is approved.

• Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Insurance Billing

We work with a variety of insurance providers. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of coverage. You are responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the expiration date stated. Promotions may not be combined and are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and branding, is the property of The Pain Relief Center, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without written permission.
